Sarah Brady, a MU alumnus, visited the middle school for a fashion class to show her work in crochet. Sarah started her adventures in crochet last year and has made many projects such as a full-length jacket, several purses, shawls, scarves, pumpkins, and tops. She gave students advice and information about what fibers to use with which tools. Her son Bowen came to assist and model his little fox hat.

Mrs. London's 7th grade ELA class participated in a debate using the anchor text Nimona, a graphic novel written by N.D Stevenson. Students analyzed what can qualify characters to be considered antagonists, and debated if the antagonists should always be considered the villain in literature. This debate was centered around the characterization of Blackheart and Nimona, the main characters in the graphic novel. Whether the two characters are the protagonists or antagonists has yet to be determined! #BulldogPride
