Last week, seven of our FFA members attended the 96th National FFA Convention & Expo. Throughout the week they heard from the National FFA Officer Team and keynote speakers during the sessions. They had time to explore the Expo where they met with potential employers, colleges, and FFA sponsors. They toured Tuttle Orchards, the NCAA Hall of Champions, and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Additionally, they attended the rodeo, Buckeye Bash at the Barn, and an FFA-only concert. These members had an inspiring and unforgettable experience over the course of these four days. During the convention, M-U alum, Darby Welbaum, was awarded her American FFA Degree - the highest degree an FFA member can earn. Congratulations Darby!
