Second Lady Usha Vance has officially launched the 2025 Summer Reading Challenge for K–8 students—from June 1 to September 5
Here's the scoop:
🌟 Students read 12 books of their choice—alone or with an adult—and log their progress.
✅ Every participant gets a personalized certificate and a small prize.
🏛️ Complete all twelve and enter to win an unforgettable trip to Washington, D.C. with a family chaperone!
Why this matters:
Parents, this is your secret weapon against the “summer slide”—keep kids reading, learning, and growing!
