Mrs. Szabo’s high school ASL class teamed up with Mrs. Avey’s 2nd grade students for a fun and engaging learning experience. Students participated in an interactive skit and hands-on coloring activities with their high school buddies.
It was a great opportunity for our younger learners to be introduced to ASL while building connections across grade levels. We love seeing our students learning from one another! Go Bulldogs!

We are so proud of Kenzie Farley! 🐝📚
Kenzie represented our school at the Regional Spelling Bee held at Wright State University on March 5. She was one of only 54 students from across the Dayton area invited to participate!
Students competing ranged from 4th–8th grade, and Kenzie was one of the youngest spellers there. She did an amazing job representing our school. Congratulations, Kenzie—we are so proud of you! 👏

Throwback Thursday! 🐝✨ Spelling Bee 2026 was a huge success for our 4th and 5th graders! Congratulations to Kenzie Farley, our 2026 Spelling Bee Champion, and Cub Thompson, our talented runner-up! Please check your student's folders tonight. Most of the elementary students were sent home with Blizzard Bags. If school is closed and we reach our calamity day limit, the district will let you know to do your Blizzard Bags. If your student did not receive their Blizzard Bag before they left today, they will get it when we return to school. Please have your students turn their Blizzard Bags in when they are finished to be considered "present" for the day.

BULLDOG BLAST

Winter has definitely returned. The district’s Professional Development Day definitely came on the right day. Our students did not have to worry about the cold and snow. They were able to stay nice and warm at home.

This is the time of year that we start to see a slight increase with issues on our busses. Riding a bus is a privilege that can be taken away when a student makes poor choices. Simple things like staying seated, maintaining a low level of noise, and the most important, always following the directions of the driver helps us reach the ultimate goal of getting our students to and from school safely.
Our lost and Found is overflowing. Please remind your children to check if they have lost something. There is a good chance it has been found.
