The Milton-Union Board of Education is now using an enhanced version of BoardDocs to manage meeting agendas and documents electronically. While this move improves the efficiency of BOE members and administrators, BoardDocs will increase community member access to agendas, minutes, and associated documents before, during, and after board meetings.
What is BoardDocs?
BoardDocs is a web-based delivery system of board documents and agenda items. As of December 2021, agendas, attachments, and minutes can be accessed from the district website. Paper copies of the complete agenda will no longer be printed and provided at the meeting. tinyurl.com/2p8vce7t
Why make this change?
The move saves the district money by alleviating the task of assembling, printing, distributing and revising printed agenda items and policies. Our public will now have increased access to BOE meeting agendas, minutes, and other information, and also, enhanced use of BoardDocs should improve transparency and efficiency.
How do I access BoardDocs?
Visit the Milton-Union Schools district homepage at muschools.com. There are several options to access BoardDocs from the homepage as shown in the image.
