Ohio's Aspire Program is a non-profit organization offering free classes to adults pursuing a GED or for those individuals seeking skill-building in math, reading, and writing.  The purpose of the program is to assist adult learners in achieving their goals as they work towards successful post-secondary education, training, and/or employment.  Upper Valley Career Center is the local provider, and Sarah Quick is the Aspire Director overseeing programming in Miami, Shelby, and Darke Counties.  A class was recently organized at the West Milton Public Library.
